I bet those tacos turn out spectacular. Standing by for the verdict.
Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.
Status- Standing by.

Sounds fantastic. I'm now debating whether I have time to cook or if I should just go straight to the seafood restaurant down the way to get a fix for the craving you have just given me. Nicely done!!!I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

First time grilling up a fresh fish to do our own tacos. Came out great and the freshness was very pronounced. Used a recipe here-http://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/2015/08/whole-grilled-fish-tacos.html We wanted a whole fish and had a limited selection at our local fish market, picked the black cod as a nice greasy fish that would stay moist. I will do this again for a small group as the one fish was plenty for 5/6 people. I would like to play with different combinations of toppings as I like a bit more "crunch" for texture in my bite. Thinking of adding a shredded cabbage as a topping.

Looks great @SMITTYtheSMOKER. I saw that same serious eats article and bookmarked it.
For a little crunch and flavor in my fish tacos I love thinly sliced radishes. Pickled or raw they're awesome!
Great cook (as always), thanks for posting!
