thought I'd grill up a couple of cowboy ribeye steaks tomorrow for the Packer-Steeler game. They were on sale for 10.97/lb. for USDA Prime.

Those are going to be great!---------------------------------------------------------------------------------Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.____________________Aurora, Ontario, Canada

Man, these bad boys are 2 pounds each and at least 3.5 inches thick. USDA Prime. I had planned to do both, one for me and one for my son. No way we can eat all of this. Maybe I should just cook one and share it, as we both like medium rare.Dave - Austin, TX

Thanks for the great idea, went to publix and picked some up last night. Went with the reverse sear and some ABT's for an appetizer._________________________________________________Don't let the truth get in the way of a good story!Large BGE 2006, Mini Max 2014, 36" Blackstone, Anova Sous Vide

I only made one of them. Here it is. It had an excellent crust but I over cooked it a little. It was medium and not medium rare. Lessons learned.Dave - Austin, TX

That looks fantastic, I went by HEB last night and they had slim pickings, I'll have to go by again before Wednesday.
I'm off 1826 near the hospital, so not far at all.
