cracked/broken placesetter great service

So i had a very large crack in my placesetter, was worried it would fail during a overnight cook.  As it continued to grow, i reached out to our local main distributor as my dealer was not responsive.

Matt was great and set up a replacement for me.  First time using warranty and happy.

    The customer service is why I purchased my Egg. It appears they came through for you. My local dealer is not the best either, but the backing organization has been exemplary.
