Among the best I have ever made.
The not secret rub of one cup each of Webber Bold Chipolte, Montreal, and brown sugar. Rubbed overnight.
Darned good kick, but not over the top.
Last pic is tomorrow's lunch.

Those chops are beauties! looks like a great couple of meals.
Did you steam/boil the broccoli? I used to not be a fan at all, but lately I've taken to either roasting it in the oven or grilling it on the egg and I VASTLY prefer either of those methods.
