The misses caught hers on a watermelon lizard and I was catching them with a purple rattle trap. Blackened filets with chief Paul's seasoning sure was fine.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...

Texas rigged. I use the centipede when its hot. The weather was perfect yesterday. We caught 23 in about an hour and a half. -
