Bacon burger dogs

adapted this from the bacon dog post recently. Had some frozen ground chuck burgers so thawed them and rolled to shape of hotdog. Flattened them out and stuffed with American cheese and rolled them back up. Then wrapped in 2 slices of bacon. Gonna throw a couple on here soon after my 2 meeting the rest we are having some people over tonight. Also doing some pork burnt ends so these will probably be a late night snack. Will post some cooked pics soon. Comments

Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -
Never got a plated shot just one mid cook. I froze the ones for tonight so they will get more cook time to crisp the bacon. Shoulders are coming along well. -
Another change of plans. Meat looked perfect for chopped pork. Nice and crisp on the outside and juicy and semi firm inside. Chopping and saucing and gonna put back in with some hickory for awhile.

Boy, that really is pretty. That just about looks like you could serve as sliced even over chopped. Jealous!

So the first couple I cooked indirect didn't work so I froze the rest and set the 22" simpsons kettle up half and half tonight and cooked them frozen to give the bacon more time to cook. These were more than good not much else to say. -
It all looks like a winner to me. Awesome job
