Hello all! New to posting, but a long time troll of the forum. Want to say you guys are great!!

Smoke some pork chops low and slow then pulled, cranked the egg to 500, and finished the pork until 140 internal finished with a teriyaki glaze.
What is it about a yeti, and a green egg that make cooking awesome?
