I made the dough on Tuesday thinking I'd make it for a simple dinner. Ended up just having pizza rolls as I installed the new Bose surround sound. The SWMBO wanted smaller speakers for our 31st anniversary, that worked out. Here is the 2nd pizza. 1st one was outstanding, had a smoky flavor we haven't had in the past, subtle but very good. This will be lunch for tomorrow. Have a great evening.

Looks good - any idea why you had this smokey flavor on this cook? Curious on your set-up as well as I am trying to dial in my pizza cooks. I have 2 diff recipes of pizza dough in the fridge that I will be trying tonight. My AR extender and new pizza stone will hopefully be waiting for me when I get home.

Maybe I had more wood down in there than I thought. I have my plate setter legs up on my cast iron grate then my standard grate on top of that with my pizza stone on top of the swing rack. So it sits pretty high in the domeSuwanee Georgia - suburb north of Atlanta
