I was able to pick up a couple of nice meaty short ribs (about 2 lbs each). I'm going to try them on the jr at 225 for about 5 hours. Hope they turn out good!

Nice work with the pictures!"The pig is an amazing animal. You feed a pig an apple and it makes bacon. Let's see Michael Phelps do that" - Jim Gaffigan

Live what I am seeing so far. I agree- great work on the pics.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Yes, it's stainless and I leave it outside. I had to cut the legs off to get at the right heightIn the bush just East of Cambridge,Ontario

Thanks
I have a nest but need a storage table for all the stuff. I have an old rotting storage bench and have a limited width to work with given my Egg location.
The old bench works just fine but it drives my wife crazy.New Albany, Ohio -

The included indirect accessories that come with the JR are awesome. I do my chix and wings that way exclusively now. When I'm not Eggin', I'm scootin' Eggin' and 'cueing from Temecula Ca; an hour from San Diego, an hour and five minutes from Palm Springs, and an hour and a half from Los Angeles (yeah, right. With THAT traffic?)
