Hi everyone, newbie from Knoxville, TN (go Vols). Got my XL a little over a month ago. I want to thank everyone who posts on this site. I have found the information very valuable when purchasing my egg and when looking for new recipes. Ok, what you care about... I went with a pork tenderloin with a honey mustard glaze tonight.

Looks good, congrats on the new egg. I've had mine about 6mos now and can't seem to get enough of it. Make sure to ask lots of questions, the people on here know a lot and can guide you through all kinds of crazy stuff.

Welcome aboard and enjoy the journey. Great cook right there. Can't tell from the pic but if you don't have an air gap at the base of your BGE then you need to make one. Paver alone is not sufficient to keep the table wood from charring and eventually combusting. Too many eggers own horror stories about that event. FWIW-

Thanks everyone! I actually got my egg in Atlanta, found what I thought was a deal. The egg sets on legs in the table. Been thinking I need to add a paver for extra security. Love seeing TN football represented!!
