had some time yesterday and got the recipe from Guy Fieri's book.   

Bacon, chicken thighs, pork butt, andouille and sweet sausage.  Onions, peppers, celery, cayenne pepper, garlic and green onions.  Bread toasted with havarti cheese.

These were awesome.  Good flavor and perfect on a hot day.
