Wings were smoked with apple to 170IT then fried to get crispy. They were dusted with oak ridge secret weapon. Sweet Vidalia onions beer battered (thanks @Dyal_SC) and some cucumbers and sungold cherry toms from the garden. Great start to the week. Columbia, SC --- LBGE 2011 -- MINI BGE 2013
