Made brisket friday, didnt get any sliced pics but trust me it was fantastic. The flat was gone in no time. I saved the point and I am making burt ends as we speak. On my 4th crown and ice so we need to eat soon....

    Now that's a world-class brisket.  I cannot fathom taking the point and going down the burnt ends road.  And I'm not even from Texas.  But your cook-I'm sure they were off the chart.  
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
