Sunday Ribs

We're under a severe thunderstorm warning, supposed to hit around 3pm so got the ribs and stuffed peppers on at noon.  Going turbo @325 - 350 to try and beat the storm.  The ribs are dusted with salt & pepper, will sauce at the end.  The peppers are stuffed with hot Italian sausage meat and rice with a big chunk of cheddar in the middle.  The dark clouds are starting to roll in and it's only 1:30, here's hoping it holds off till dinner is done!
