You are correct. It will happen. Once my pool pavilion is done I'm getting a Pitmaker Safe. Little brother to @SGH 's Vault.

You are welcome to test drive mine to see if you like cooking on them. I'm breaking out the big guns this year. Unit #1 and Unit #7 will both be there. Unit #7 has a clone of Unit #1 on the front of it. That's 2 big verticals and a massive horizontal with a medium sized built in vertical on it. You can run one or all of them at your discretion my friend.

@SGH I read all 37 pages of last year's thread. I know all about unit #7.

Thanks for the kind offer. You are a scholar and a gentleman.

I'm more interested in your claim of cooking four hogs on a mini  =)

I'm going to demonstrate this as well ;) Actually Unit #4 is my quad hog cooker. Is was built specifically to cook 4, 200+ pound hogs at one time. It's old and ugly, but it's a beast. It will turn out hogs with the best of them though.

This was an aged 15# Brisket it only took 10 hours. I thought it might take less time due to it being aged. Slice pics at the party later.

I may come early and attend the Saints game Thursday. Are there steps or any serious impediments for someone in a wheelchair? I'm very mobile and can deal with most obstacles, including grass. Just need to know what I will be up against.

@Hofstrajet - We're on the bottom floor at street level.  I don't think you will have any problems.  Everything is cement, I have a ramp if there's any tricky thresholds.  Plus there will be plenty of friends around.
