chicken with celery, boiled eggs, a touch of mustard and Dukes Mayo.....a
squeeze of fresh lemon...S&P.
Will be spreading on some fresh bread with lettuce and some South Carolina garden maters.....man life will be good on a hot afternoon day.

I agree with eating the dark meat fresh and saving the white meat for another meal, or spectacular sliced breast sandwiches.Large (sometimes wish it were an XL) in KS
