Never did these before.  Used my Super Secret Rub.  Turned out really good and much less expensive than classic lamb chops. 









XXL #82 out of the first 100, XLGE X 2, LBGE (gave this one to daughter 1.0) , MBGE (now in the hands of iloveagoodyoke daughter 2.0) and lots of toys

    Those look awesome.  Shoulder chops were a family favorite growing up and I never see the cut anymore.  Really brings me back -- that oval bone and the gristly deckle-like piece -- I can practically taste it.  (I bet my pop bought them bc they were priced right, but boy did we all love them.) 

    Curious to know whether you ordered them special or just picked them up?

    I could certainly order them, but our Publix just has them once in a while.
