Broil King - Cast Iron Grid and Raised Rack

I'm very happy with this purchase. Went in to look at BGE cast iron grates and other options to raise my cooking surface. Was happy to see that Broil King's cast grid with a raised grid fit perfectly in my Large egg.

I've seen this mentioned here before but does anyone else use this accessory?

Saw this at local BBQ shop set-up in a keg, as I have a MBGE was not interested in pursuing. Looks like it is well made.

Does that top grid swing out/in? I like that if it does.

Looks like it does swing out. May have to put this on my wish list.

Hi, thanks for the replies. Yes the top rack swings and can be placed on either side of the cast iron grate. Have not broken it in yet but soon. It was a good deal for me. $80 Canadian.

That looks like a great accessory at a great price. Will the top rack fit with the plate setter in? It seems like it might be a little tall.

that came in my bubba keg. It works very well. I'm not so sure it would work with a plateseQtter in it too. I use mine with a homemade spider contraption.

I tried it with the plate setter in a Lg Egg at the store and it did fit.
