Five Pizzas

I did a full batch of the overnight pizza dough from Flour Water Salt Yeast, and this afternoon did five pizzas, by far the most I have attempted. The dough and crusts were fantastic, way better than store bought, very light and gassy.
First up, traditional Margherita:
Then, The Rocket...EVOO, garlic, prosciutto and arugula. My favorite, ended up doing two of these:
Then pepperoni with homemade sauce:
Also did a half cheese half plain for the kids but got too busy to get photos.
Overall the the dough was probably my best yet but rushed and didn't let the stone heat up long enough.

Those look great!
But 1 Margherita, 2 Rockets and 1/2 cheese, 1/2 plain gives us 4.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.____________________Aurora, Ontario, Canada -

We use that dough as well but we bought at Whole Foods today because we didn't plan ahead last night. We will see how it goes. The 24 hr dough is by far the best we have ever done so I'm skeptical of store bought (even though it is fresh)

@CPARKTX .. did you use the 00 flour as recommended in the dough recipe? I have been using store bought dough and want to experiment making my own. Just asking to see whether I can make substitutions as 00 flour is not available readily locally. Thanks!LBGE & MiniOrlando, FL

@fljoemon No, I ran out of 00 and have been using King Arthur general purpose flour...seems to work but I'll grab more 00 next time I'm at Centeal Market.LBGE & SBGE. Central Texas.

Very nicely done. Grilled pizza on the Egg is on of my favorites. BTW I am jealous, I can't seem to roll a round pizza pie to save my life.
