Bigfoot,[p]Those look amazing! Can I get some details on the cooking procedure?[p]Thanks!

Herm,[p]They were tasty! I followed these directions;[p]http://www.dizzypigbbq.com/recipesCrabcakes.html[p]but I made the crab cakes and placed them on cleaned uncooked portabello mushrooms that I lightly coated in olive oil. Since they are on the shrooms you can not flip them, so I use a piece of foil sprayed with cooking spray to prevent sticking and put them on the foil for a semi indirect cooking. The foil was on the grate directly with no platesetter.[p]Next time I would use my raised grate to elevate them a little more from the flame. Give it a try!
