Pork butt help

We have our daughters sweet 16 party tomorrow evening and wanted turbo the pork butt. 2 boneless from Costco total weight 15lbs. I usually do l&s I just do not have the time. Any tips on turbo method would be great. Thanks

Cook at 300 - 350 for about 1 hr/pound until internal temp hits 195.

300-325-250 and let her run. I've injected with applejuice and rub to add some extra moisture right before putting on the egg and then again during the stall (short lived!!)
Just watch your internal temps with a remote thermo well. Once it blows thru the stall like an Amtrack Train in the NE, it'll hit final temp quickly. Don't want to over cook!LBGE #19 from North GA Eggfest, 2014
