Bought this from Charcoal and More in Sellersburg, IN. They have about a pallet of OO left. Tasted the sauce and run at a BBQ festival last weekend, and it tasted great.

Why didn't you buy the whole pallet?

$10 per bag, no Rockwood. They have "Wicked Good"? They also have sassafras that I want to try smoking with. I'd like a whole pallet, but have a Florida trip to pay for...lol.

I had never been to that shop before. I stopped by after work and picked up 7 bags of OO. Added that to the 80 pounds of Hasty Bake I already had.
I also picked up some Blues Hog sauce and Butcher BBQ injection
Spent some time chatting with Hal, the owner. What a great guy! He's seriously into competition barbecue and really knows his stuff!
They also put on a weekend "Barbecue Bootcamps" where they give hands-on cooking classes for ribs, butts, and brisket.
They don't carry Rockwood, but he does have Wicked Good Weekend Warrior, and Jakes blend.
I'm very happy to have found a local source for some quality products.
