So I've finally decided to quit lurking and make a post. Here's some of my cooks from the last year and a half of egging.
Brisket, red onion, and pickle pizza with a red chile bbq sauce:
Prime NY strips, reverse sear with some veggies:
Nachos with leftover pulled pork, built up quite a stash of leftovers prior to knee surgery:
Cilantro lime boneless skinless chicken thighs:
Bone in porkchop:
Prime brisket:
Pork spare ribs:
Habanero bbq wings:
Pulled pork pizza with red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, and red chile bbq sauce:
Big green lightning shrimp:
Prime ribeye with blue cheese and onion cream sauce:
Pulled pork eggs Benedict:
More ribs, I think they were baby backs:
Another prime brisket:
Pepperoni and green chile pizza:
My joke/prank first cook that I sent a few people, not sure anyone bought it:
And I think I'll stop there. That's quite a lot for one post. Looking forward to posting more!

That's about as impressive a debut as I can remember. Nicely Done!!!I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.
