Jerk chicken and frenched pork chops marinated overnight, peppers stuffed with Turkey Thai sausage meat and bocconcini cheese and sweet potato curls with coconut oil s & p. Sweet potato curls done in the oven, no room on the grill. Raised indirect @ 350. Will post finished pics. later.

@Canugghead, thanks, I use the spiral veg. slicer, paid $29.99 for it and love it. The best is the zucchini noodles done in butter, garlic, chili flakes and s&p.Ottawa Valley, Ontario
