Did wings tonight,rubbed heavily with Plowboys Yardbird, and DP Jamaican Firewalk. 
Cooked raised indirect at 400F. 
Turned once to crisp the skin. 
Sharp cheddar and elbow macaroni mac & cheese. 

All turned out good, buffalo sauce on the side for dipping.
