    @lousubcap ....thanks! Did the 12 lber turbo at 325*. Wrapped at about 170*IT. Pulled at 197-200IT when flat probed like "buttah". Total cook about 4 hours. FTC about 5 hours to dinner. Very good and juicy! Still felt it could have used a little more time though it certainly probed tender.

    Congrats on defying the norm and getting that end-result.  You may have to reach out to @Mickey who is a TX native and only turbos.  BTW-rumor has it that he has not done a brisket on a BGE-your process may change that!  Again-great cook.
