I got a late start but, that's okay. 4 racks of Beef Ribs are on and getting happy with oak smoke and @MeatChurch Holy Cow rub. They'll get finished off with a molasses based sauce. I'll update the thread later today. Enjoy your Saturday Y'all.

@RiverDoc Thank You. The leg extensions were originally to get the height without having to recut the table due to the space void when one shelf on the right was removed.
