That White Sauce Stuff

<p />IMG_2270.jpg[p]IMG_2273.jpg[p]I couldn't resist, so tonight I decided to do a cook of thick cut pork chops with Big Bob Gibson's White Sauce. I hope that he forgives me, but I was out of white vinegar so I had to use Balsamic....which immediately turns white sauce....well....really brown. So, I had a very tasty brown sauce to top off some coarse ground, Dizzy Dusted pork chops. Added some steamed onions with yellow and Calabasa squash....a little rabbit food and some rolls,....and it was quite tasty. [p]Did the chops like TRex steaks and then let them dwell to 145 before pulling. BTW, the Shiner was just for visual effect...really![p]Night all.[p]Mike
