Cedar planked lobster tails and artichoke

Tonight's menu, because she found them on sale, is lobster tails.

I split them, removed the "vein" (intestine) and liberally applied Old Bay and butter.
Artichokes get steamed for 20 minutes, split, remove the "choke", lemon juice and smoked salt.

Steel grate for this one, direct. I expect the artichokes to take twice as long as the tails,

Here's what I have so far, the egg is warming up, spinach salad waiting for the bacon to warm up.
