Pork butt got done early

Options
I was planning for my pork butt to be done closer to 3pm, but the BGE got a little warmer than intended over night.  My thought is once the butt is done, i'll cap off and close the draft door on the BGE to keep it warm for the few hours that the BGE takes to cool down.  Am I at risk of drying out my pork?  

My other thought was to take it off and cool the pork down, than stick it in the oven at 225 for 30 minutes before serving to heat it back up?
