Get creative. Bricks and another grate....
The Dude: This is a very complicated case, Maude. You know, a lotta ins, lotta outs, lotta what-have-you's. And, uh, lotta strands to keep in my head, man. Lotta strands in old Duder's head. Luckily I'm adhering to a pretty strict, uh, drug regimen to keep my mind, you know, limber.Walter Sobchak: Nihilists! *uck me. Dude, get a rib rack, stuff that sucker! Just move them around a little during cook.
This pic is my medium, you have an xl, think of the volume possibilities.

You'll have no problem with the XL. If you're worried and see ends of any of the ribs hanging over the platesetter, then a little foil in those parts will protect them. Your cook and your ribs will be just fine.

What's the issue?
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Thanks for the info. I cut them in half and that worked great. Another hour and they should be ready to eat.

Just spear them and stand them on end. Here is 3 full racks on my large egg.
