 I am pretty happy with my results tonight-- I'll definitely be making this again.  Bacon-wrapped Allegro marinated pork loin, hasselback potatoes, baked apples cooked in butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar, and roasted asparagus. The potatoes had a garlic and olive oil spice rub that I also used on the asparagus. The dripping bacon fat added extra great flavor to the potatoes.   I cooked indirect at about a 350° dome temp until the pork loin reached about  155°.
