definitely not egged, no bacon, no pork, no meat at all BUT pretty healthy, flavorful and ready in 10 minutes.
The wife found the recipe somewhere and we went for it. Veggeti for the zucchini, grated carrots, beat sprouts, green onion, red cabbage, sesame seeds, peanuts, sriracha.
Sauce: store bought peanut satay sauce and added lime juice, white vinegar and a little sriracha
tossed together and in a bowl. I didn't have high hoped for this meal but ate 2 full bowls. Would be great with some shrimp or chicken added

I would tear that up. Probably would have added a little fish sauce. But not everyone is that crazy about it as I am.2-XLs ,MM,blackstone,Ooni koda 16,R&V works 8.5 gallon fryer, express smoker and 40" smoking cajun

I would eat it. I love salad. I agree that a sliced up chicken breast would be nice in there.Louisville, GA - 2 Large BGE's
