I had a bag of small wings in my freezer and decided to give them a shot. Dusted with Tsunami Spin and cooked raised indirect at 350 for 40 minutes. Pulled the wings, sauced them, and put them back on raised direct at 450 for 3 minutes a side. Sauced again right before serving.
They were slammin' and my wife told me I need to cook these again.

Looks great!
Since I started dusting the wings with a bit of corn starch, SWMBO has been requesting them weekly. I like them because of all the different flavor variations you can bust out! -
Excellent, wings are a favorite around here. I can't seem to cook enough for SWMBO and the three kids (and they're all under 10, I can't imagine what my grocery bill is going to look like in a few years). Those look awesome.Raleigh NC, Large BGE and KJ Joe Jr.

It has become a staple cook for the Egg by decree of the wife....and I liked them, too!South Jersey Pine Barrens. XL BGE , Assassin 24, Weber Kettle, CharBroil gasser, AMNPS -
Wings are always a goto. The best part is there are so many ways of doing them its hard to get tired of them. Do a search of the wing throw down from last year.Large and Small BGECentral, IL

Wings and the BGE-what a set-up. Looks great. The flavor profiles are about end-less.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Gotta love it when the wife asks for more! I feel sorry for the poor guys who post here once in a while about a wife complaining. Glad that's a rare occasion!Lovin' my Large Egg since May 2012 (Richmond, VA) ... and makin' cookbooks at https://FamilyCookbookProject.com
