Is that PYREX? What was your dome temp? How HOT will Pyrex take?

Turned out great! Egg left the edges a little crisp.

Dome temp at 400 for 45 min. Pacesetter down with SS Grate it's no different than your gas/electric oven to PYREX.

We do lasagna on the egg all the time. If you haven't tried it, give it a go.

I throw a small piece or 2 in when I do mine. Gotta be careful or it can be too much.

I just did some on Sunday. It's my favorite egg meal, and that says a lot!
