Is that PYREX? What was your dome temp? How HOT will Pyrex take?
I GOTTA go get me some spicy and sweet sausage! -
Turned out great! Egg left the edges a little crisp.
Dome temp at 400 for 45 min. Pacesetter down with SS Grate it's no different than your gas/electric oven to PYREX. -
I may try a little smoking wood next time.
