Beef Ribs

Picked up some Beef Back Ribs from the local grocer... Followed Franklin's short rib method - hot sauce, S&P & 285 degrees until probin' like buttah - also added a few chunks of Smokinlicous Sugar Maple for smoke! First time trying this cook and I'm definitely adding it to the regular rotation!
