Don't you hate people who decide to make a recipe 3 hours from now and ask for help! Here I am.[p]I want to grill chicken wings on the Egg and I remember a post about cornstarch making the skin crispy. Can someone give me a recipe and method? [p]Thanks, Catherine

Q-Scoop,
I put the rub on and let it marinate in a ziplock in the fridge. When I'm ready to cook them I shake a light coating of cornstarch on them and cook indirect at 350 dome temp for one to one and a half hours turning once or twice. -RP

They're crunchy and like NB says, "almost fried".[p]John

WooDoggies,
Man, all the wings I eat and all the years I've looked at this recipe... I've yet to try it. No good reason behind it, I just forget.
Not this time... this weekend for sure.
Thanks for the reminder...

WooDoggies,
I note that the recipe calls for "1.2 cup milk". Did they mean "1/2" or something else? Just wondering what you used.

Rib-Rob,[p]I never noticed that. I use 1 1/2 cups of milk for this recipe but you might have to adjust according to the size of your wings. Give it a go... these are worth it.[p]john

wardster, you will not be disappointed... and they are as good without sauce as with. [p]john

Ended up using my favorite rub and the cornstarch. Even though I let the temp get a little out of control the wings turned out great. [p]Woo, I'll try the recipe you recommended but as luck would have it I used my last two eggs today for egg salad . [p]Catherine

Rib-Rob,[p]A fellow could go back to the orginal recipe to see what the author intended. This is really a killer recipe and good on all poultry.

guava greg,[p]How much of each one? Half and half? Catherine

Don't have exact portions but about 50% more cornstarch than rub.
