Yank her. Wrap and then into a cooler or your oven. It's insulated too. If you yank (and I'm in that camp) then let it sit for around 10-15 mins before the pack and wrap. Will limit or prevent the carry-over cook and since you are so close then you just may totally nail it. FWIW-Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
