St. Louis style ribs. Rubbed up the night before and put in fridge. Do mine indirect at 275. Hour and a half on each side. Then cover racks with some brown sugar, drizzle of honey and wrap in heavy duty foil with 2T of apple juice. Place back on egg for another 45-60 minutes. Next step, chow down!

Had my egg for about 10 months now, love it! Have tons of pics i'd like to post to my profile, but i'm having trouble posting pics to my own profile. Not sure how to post them, won't let me attach pics.
