Baby back ribs

I made 2 racks of baby backs this weekend that I had to post. I love how pretty ribs turn out on a Big Green Egg.
These were very straightforward - Honey Hog rub applied illiberally. Then dusted with Honey Hog Hot on the bone side. Indirect with hickory and cherry. Glazed with a homemade BBQ sauce cut with honey + 2 tbsp of mango habanero pepper jelly.

Color at the beginning of the cook.
Color at the time of wrapping (about 2.5 hours in).
Final product - including a messy cutting board.
