Not sure what these are but it's gunna be dinner

Butcher said these are beef short ribs but from pics I've seen here I'm not sure.  Searing first in Dutch oven then indirect at 250 for a couple of hours.  Back in Dutch oven covered in beef stock with onion and potatoes for a couple more hours.  At least that's the plan.  I'll keep ya posted.
