Blue cheese, pistachio, cranberry crusted pork chops

So, my wife brings home these skinny a$$ chops  (need to work on her meat selection, but that's a different story). Can't stuff these little buggers, so let's throw a crust on them!  Never done that before so make it up. 

Egg at 350ish raised direct till IT 145-150 seasoned with oak ridge chicken and game bird. Onto the foil and add cheese crumbles, crushed pistachios and some dried cranberries that I ran a knife through. Tried to melt the cheese with a torch, only so so. Didn't measure a damn thing. 

Plated with itch green beans and grilled corn.
