Great looking pie.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

This was cooked at 500° for 18 minutes, the first 10 minutes it was cooked on the screen to firm up enough to slide it directly onto the pizza stone. I always precook the protein (50%) and the pepperoni was starting to Char or I probably would've left this on the pizza stone another couple minutes.Charlotte, Michigan XL BGE

Nice looking pie. I use parchment paper under the dough and just slide both pie and paper on stone works great and idiot proof as I call it.Be WellKnoxville TN
