Our kids are coming over tonight for dinner, they wanted wings so wings they get. I did 4lbs in spicy bbq, 4lbs in Bombay curry and 4lbs in Swamp Venom. Finished pics to come.

Looking great! Jerked chicken
is actually on the menu for us tonight. Thighs and legs using a busha browne based paste. I'm afraid our meager spread will pale in comparison to yours, though.

I love jerk chicken, but our daughter in law is having twins and didn't want very spicy wings so I did a variety. Still not hot so I have some heat on the side. In the summer when I have my peppers I make several jars of wing sauce so it will be on the side.
