Just prepped two slabs. Each with mustard, one with head country the second with sweet rub o mine and some smoking guns. Gonna let em sit a bit and get egg going in an hour or so.

Ribs on. Flap meat on the sides. Some cherry chunks and chips with a few small hickory chunks. Rockwood in the box. Away we go. I think I'll let em ride and finish dry, we'll see.

Not my best effort. Left on a bit too long while I picked up my dad. Plenty good though. He likes em dry. No smoke ring, oh well I can't taste the smoke ring anyway.

Thanks all. They tasted great. The one rack was a more done than the other. I should've taken that off and foiled them before I left to get my dad, but you know about hindsight. They were just fine and he was quite happy.
