Caveman flank steak

Received my Oakridge order today. Caveman style flank steak for dinner. I trimmed off a chefs piece to taste the Habenero Death Dust. It was excellent. Seasoned the rest Santa Maria style, also very tasty.

@butert yes it does.
That pic of the flank on the coals is sexy as can be. I've been meaning to try caveman, and have a flank maranading in the fridge as we speak.... Question though. My marinade has a lot of honey in it. When going caveman is it a good idea to use rubs/marinades with low sugar/honey content in it so you don't scorch the $&@! out of the sugars? I was thinking reverse sear style if it'd work. @SGH your thoughts would be appreciated brother. -
