Fancy Friday on Saturday

We typically cook a big meal on Friday's but pushed it to Saturday this week.

I did the filet mignon on the Egg. The wife fried some calamari and heated up some crab legs.

Pre-cook - seasoned with salt/pepper. Went with TRex method for the cook

The crab legs were snow crag legs that we picked up at wegmans.
