Friday cook

Options
its Friday and I am not traveling. Have a progressive dinner party tomorrow and we are hosting the main course. Pulled pork, Chx and Veggie tacos.  Split the butt in half and seasoned the bone in half with a house made fajita seasoning (waiting on my meat church order to come in to try theirs) and the other half with bad byrons. The beef ribs are for tonight with the SWMBO. My first go at beef ribs was not as successful as I didn't leave myself enough time.  These both were on at 8:30am.
