Listening to an unabridged audio book of The Fellowship of the Rings (I have read the book several times). They are talking about how Hobbits love mushrooms and I realized I had not done them in a long time. No one else in the house will eat them.
Done with leftover spicy Italian sausage and Parmesan cheese. Darned good.

Great idea, have not done stuffed mushrooms in awhile. Your sausage looks pretty firm before the cook, was it pre-cooked?
Our usual Italian flavour is crumbled sausage and Bomba mixed as the filling with the cheese over the top.Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad! -
