OK, The Spouse wanted hot dogs and I did not, so we compromised.  She had Nathans Bun Sized and I had Spicy Italian Sausage Alfredo , with Olive Oil, Garlic, Peas and Onions.  Worked out.

    Love the fork.

    Don't like raw onions.

I think your sausage alfredo is the winner, but my wife would probably prefer the hotdogs as well.

What is your alfredo sauce recipe?
Large BGE in a Sole' Gourmet Table
Using the Black Cast Iron grill, Plate Setter,
and a BBQ Guru temp controller.

Medium BGE in custom modified off-road nest.
Black Cast Iron grill, Plate Setter, and a Party-Q temp controller.

So was that just sauteed onions and peas mixed in with Bertolli?

Hey, I am 100% Italian and I have used PLENTY of Bertolli on those days when I am feeling lazy and uninspired to make my own Alfredo sauce!  It's not bad at all!!!

@Doc_Eggerton thank you for posting this.  I already had Italian Sausage on the menu for this week coming off of a Costco trip last weekend, and when I shared this idea with my wife she stepped up and said she'd make the Alfredo noodles dish. Just finished our meal and we both agreed that we'll definitely be having this again.

Hooah!  Not an Egg thing, but try the same with ham and tortellini.
